Marc Guehi is a defender who formerly played for Chelsea.
Marc joined Chelsea as an Under-8.
Marc made his Under-18 debut in early 2015 whilst still an Under-15 and added more appearances to his belt in 2015-16 before becoming an official scholar. He was a mainstay of the league-title winning defence whilst playing his part in the FA Youth Cup, starting in both legs of the Final to record a fourth consecutive success for the academy. He went one better a year later as the defensive fulcrum of a quadruple-winning academy team, before moving on to Development Squad football, and reaching back-to-back UEFA Youth League Finals.
He made his first-team debut against Grimsby Town in the League Cup in September 2020 and followed that up with another appearance against Manchester United in the next round.
In January 2020 he joined Swansea City on loan. Excelling in his eighteen months at the club, he twice led them to the playoffs, and then joined Crystal Palace on a permanent deal in July 2021.
Marc has represented and captained England up to Under-21 level, including at the 2017 European Under-17 Championships. He is also eligible to represent the Ivory Coast.
