Billy Sinclair is a Scottish former player who made one appearance for Chelsea in 1965, having also appeared for the Blues in the 1964-65 FA Youth Cup after signing from Morton in September 1964. Released by the club in 1966, he went on to enjoy a well-travelled playing career, including spells in the USA and Australia, before moving into management in Ireland while still a young man, notably at Sligo Rovers where under his stewardship they won only their second ever League Championship in 1977, and played in the European Cup Winners' Cup.
