In Chelsea’s first season, in addition to the 3 Pre-Season Trial matches, they were scheduled to play 5 Friendly matches at Stamford Bridge, plus a trip to Southampton. However, it seems that the game against Birmingham, due to be played on the 5th. March, never took place.
At the end of the season the Club travelled to the Continent where they were to play 10 matches.
