Chris Jones is an Assistant First Team Fitness Coach at Chelsea, having previously worked with the Academy and reserve teams. He moved up to work with the first team squad upon Carlo Ancelotti's arrival in 2009, supporting the work of Glen Driscoll, and has also worked with England Under 19s and 21s.
Before Chelsea
Jones graduated from Loughborough University, and spent three years working with the Fulham Academy before before moving to Chelsea in 2006.[1]
Appearance for the reserve team
In March 2010, Jones appeared for Chelsea reserves, against Portsmouth, coming on as a substitute and playing the final half hour at right back. He was covering for the absence of many youth team players, who were on a trip to Dallas, having had experience at Blue Square Premier level [2].
