Silvino de Almeida Louro (born 5 March 1959), known as Silvino Louro and Silvino during his playing career, is an Assistant First Team Coach at Chelsea.
A former Portuguese international goalkeeper, following retirement in his 40s he became a goalkeeping coach, and has since worked with José Mourinho at several clubs. He was Goalkeeper Coach during his first spell at Chelsea, and returned to the club with Mourinho in 2013, this time in a more general coaching role.
