Thomas James Charles Baxter (10 October 1893 – 13 March 1955) made one appearance for Chelsea in 1919. Hailing from just across the Thames in Wandsworth, he joined Chelsea after leaving the army. Baxter left to join Gillingham in 1920, where he would make 19 league appearances.
