Pre-Chelsea career
Amin agreed to join Chelsea in January 2010, leaving his local team Lärje-Angereds IF to head to London ahead of interest from some of Europe's biggest teams
Chelsea career
A left-footed attacking midfielder with a crafty mind and good vision, Amin displayed early technical prowess and influence in some impressive early outings. He missed much of his first year in England injured, but has pressed on towards the end of the season and put a run of games together in the Under-18s.
He made his reserve debut in April 2011 and showed a healthy improvement in his development in the first half of the 2011-12 season, showing himself to be something of a set-piece threat. He added more goals to his game after Christmas and was an important figure in the 2011-12 FA Youth Cup success.
In August 2012 he joined Dutch club Roda JC on loan for the entire 2012-13 season, but after a first half of the campaign where he genuinely impressed, he got into a dispute with the club management and terminated his deal in the Netherlands prematurely. With his Chelsea contract expiring at the end of the season, he negotiated a free transfer departure to German club Energie Cottbus in May 2013.

Amin represented Sweden at Under-16 and Under-17 level during his time at Chelsea.
