Ben joined Chelsea as an Under-9.

Chelsea career

Ben missed the best part of two years injured before finally re-finding fitness in late 2019. He made five substitute appearances for the Under-18s on his way back to form. Some more disruption followed before he was able to really assert himself at Under-21 level with the Development Squad, proving himself to be a key player between 2020 and 2023 with assured, confident and creative midfield performances.

He joined Reading on a permanent deal in August 2023 with a year left on his Chelsea contract.

International

Ben represented England at Under-16 level. He is a full Cameroon international, making his debut in June 2023.
