Pre-Chelsea career
Bryan joined Chelsea from Tromso in January 2020 after a successful trial.
Chelsea career
Bryan made his Under-18 debut against Brighton in late February and then his Development Squad bow against Everton a week later. Barely two months after arriving, the world went into the Covid-19 pandemic, but he returned as a Development Squad regular with six goals in his first full season and eight more in 2021-22 as he continued to make good progress. A first senior loan - and goals - followed at Rosenborg during 2022 and, despite an option to buy being a part of that deal, he returned to England that August and went on loan to third-tier side Forest Green Rovers. That move did not go as planned and he returned to Chelsea in January, making one more appearance for the Dev Squad before leaving on a free transfer in June 2023.
