Gerald "Gerry" Joseph Peyton (born 20 May 1956 in Birmingham, England) is a former goalkeeper who made one substitute appearance for Chelsea in 1993 while on loan from Everton.
Having started his career at Burnley Peyton made over six hundred league appearances in a long career, most notably at Bournemouth and Fulham. He was an Irish international, winning 33 caps. Upon retiring he coached in Japan and Sweden before joining Arsenal as goalkeeping coach, where he remained as of 2013.
