James "Jim" Craigie was a Scottish defender who made two appearances for Chelsea shortly after the club was formed in 1905. One of the many Scots who made up the majority of Chelsea's original squad, Craigie's two games for the Blues came in the FA Cup. He made his debut in Chelsea's first ever FA Cup match, a 6-1 win against the 1st Grenadier Guards, and was also part of the reserve side that lost 7-1 to Crystal Palace in the 3rd qualifying round, after the Blues were forced to play Burnley in the league on the same day; a match that the first team won 1-0.
