Josh made 13 appearances during his first season as a scholar, mostly in midfield, but with some at centre-back too. He continued in that defensive role in his second year, regularly captaining the team, and notably scoring from the halfway line at Stoke in the Under-18 League Cup Semi Final. He left Chelsea in July 2022
