Pre-Chelsea career
Dion joined Chelsea from Cambridge United in 2016 as part of a deal that also brought Marcel Lewis to the club.
Chelsea career
Dion officially made his Under-18 debut at the end of the 2017-18 season in a match against Arsenal that saw both clubs use Under-15 squads. His real breakthrough followed midway through 2018-19, and and he scored his maiden Under-18 goal on the final day of the season away to Reading. He played mostly as a right wing-back in the 2019-20 season, although also spent time as an attacking midfielder, and finished the season as a left wing-back.
International
Dion has no international representation to date. He is eligible to play for England and Jamaica.
