Leonard Hector Allum (1907 – 1980) was an English midfielder who made over 100 appearances for Chelsea over seven seasons immediately prior to the Second World War. A native of Reading, Allum joined Chelsea ahead of the 1932-33 season from local Berkshire side Maidenhead United. He made his debut the following October against Blackpool. Primarily a right-sided half back, he also played as an inside forward on occasion during his debut season. He went on to have regular spells in the first team over subsequent seasons before joining Clapton Orient in 1939, by which time he was in his early 30s.
