Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (born 27 March 1972) is a former Dutch international striker who played for Chelsea between 2000 and 2004. A prolific goalscorer, he averaged almost a goal every other game during his career in west London. Hasselbaink was a club-record signing at the time of his arrival and went on to justify that hefty price tag by netting 87 club goals in 177 appearances.
Before Chelsea
Hasselbaink began his career in the Netherlands, joining then second-tier side Telstar at the age of 18.
