Miro Muheim is a midfielder who was formerly a member of Chelsea's Academy.
Miro joined Chelsea from FC Zurich in June 2014.
Miro signed his scholarship in June 2014 and hit the ground running early in his maiden Under-18 season, racking up some half a dozen goals before Christmas and finishing in double figures. He played as a striker as well as out wide on either flank and was included in the Under-21 squad towards the end of the season, suggesting a bigger breakthrough lie ahead in 2015-16. For the most part it did as he added a string to his bow by featuring as a left wing-back for much of the campaign whilst scoring another nine goals and eventually breaking into the Under-21 squad on a more regular basis in the last month.
A bit-part player thereafter, he joined FC Zurich on loan for the second half of the 2016-17 season, without breaking into the team regularly, and after just eight appearances for the Development Squad in the first half of 2017-18, he departed on a permanent basis to join St Gallen on January 31st 2018.
Miro has represented Switzerland up to Under-19 level.
