Faustino joined Chelsea as an Under-7.
Chelsea career
Faustino made his Under-18 debut as a schoolboy on the opening day of the 2017-18 Premier Academy League season away to Aston Villa. He quickly asserted himself as an important part of Jody Morris' plans, scoring in both of the club's first two FA Youth Cup fixtures of the campaign and then again in the final against Arsenal, as well as making his UEFA Youth League debut under Joe Edwards.
His 2018-19 season was interrupted by a persistent back injury, but he more than made up for it in 2019-20. Finishing the season as the Development Squad's top goalscorer, he made his first-team debut in September 2019 against Grimsby in the League Cup, and his Premier League debut in March 2020 against Everton, before signing a new five-year contract.

Faustino has represented England at every level up to Under-19 and is of Nigerian heritage.
